Billing & Credits Terms

How BookBlurb plans, credits, billing, and taxes work.
1. Plans and credits
- Free registered accounts receive 1 credit per calendar month with no rollover. Pro is $12.99/month for 200 credits. Author is $99/year for 2,400 credits. Publisher is $59.99/month for 1,000 credits per workspace with 5 seats included.
- Credit Packs are $4.99 / 35 credits, $9.99 / 75 credits, and $24.99 / 200 credits. Pack credits never expire.
2. Credit cost per action
- A generation run, human-voice polish per variant, children's-book blurb, and A/B comparison each cost 1 credit. Query letter generation costs 2 credits. Platform HTML export and AI-likeness re-score after manual edit cost 0 credits.
3. Payment processing and taxes
- Payments are processed by Creem — Armitage Labs OÜ, registry code 16977866, Rotermanni 14, Tallinn 10111, Estonia, our Merchant of Record. Creem handles card data, fraud screening, invoices, VAT / GST / sales tax, and chargeback defence. We never receive your full card number or CVC.
- Tax may be added at checkout based on your billing address and applicable law.
4. Cancellation and refunds
- Subscriptions renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before renewal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. See the Refund Policy for the 7-day first-payment guarantee, annual pro-rata rules, and consumed-credit exclusions.
